We have created a revolutionary closed cell foam seal that remains flexible to keep the toilet sealed to the floor, even if there is movement.  Unlike messy wax seals, SET N SEAL can be re-positioned as many times as necessary!  Comes complete with hardware and leveling wedges.

Set your toilet in any temperature with the same sealing confidence

Seal ring will handle up a 3/4" oak floor, when the drain is flush with the sub floor

Use IPS spacer rings (No. 70845) to raise floor flanges on floors where flange height might be a problem

Flange introduces waste well into the drain

For 3" flanges, set gasket on bolts and push the flange down into the 3" drain

For offset flanges, trim the seal flange to fit the shallow depth without affecting the flow of waste

If floor flange is above the finished floor, DO NOT USE SET N SEAL as there won't be enough space to compress seal.
